Participants
The Symposium was structured as follows:
Indigenous Delegates - 40 indigenous delegates nominated from among the six (6) Permanent Participants of the Arctic Council.
Government Delegates - 16 government delegates nominated from among the Member States of the Arctic Council.
Additional Participants - 100 additional participants (indigenous, government, academics, media, others) observed the deliberations among the delegates. During general discussions each day these participants had some opportunity to address the symposium.
